We want you to love your AIOMI pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for store credit or exchanges only within 14 days of your delivery date. We do not offer cash refunds.
Item Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Original tags must still be attached
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- Free of stains of any kind
- Free of perfume or cologne scent
- Free of deodorant marks
- Free of any odors
- No damage, alterations, or signs of wear
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Contact us at aiomiclothing.com/pages/contact within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for approval and return instructions before sending your item.
- Ship the item back in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items and items purchased with a discount code are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Items that do not meet the condition requirements above
Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days. Store credit does not expire.
